How it works
From search to report, in 6 simple steps.
STEP 1
Search & Compare
Type any test name in the search box on your dashboard. You'll see a table with every verified lab's price and report time for that test, side by side. The lowest price and fastest report are highlighted so you can spot the best deal instantly.
STEP 2
Pick tests & add to cart
Click on any price cell to select that test from that lab. You can mix and match: pick a few tests from one lab, or compare combos under the "View Combos" tab. A summary bar at the bottom shows your running total per lab.
STEP 3
Book & pay
Hit "Book", apply a coupon if you have one, confirm your address and a convenient time slot, and choose to pay online via UPI (scan the QR) or in cash when the sample is collected.
STEP 4
Sample collected at home
The lab assigns a technician to your order. Once they're on the way, you can track their live location right from your order page, no need to call and ask "where are you?"
STEP 5
Track your order status
Your order page shows a clear step tracker: Pending → Accepted → Employee Assigned → Sample Collected → Report Ready → Completed, so you always know exactly where things stand.
STEP 6
Download your report
As soon as the lab uploads your report, a "Download Report" button appears right on your order page. No waiting for an email or a phone call.
