To book a lab test through CheckupKaro we collect your name, mobile number, collection address, and pincode, and, if you choose to share it, your precise location, to help match you with nearby labs. Health-related information is limited to the tests you choose to book.
How we use it
Your details are used to create and fulfil your booking, sharing your name, phone number, address, and the tests ordered with the diagnostic lab you book with, so they can send a technician for sample collection and upload your report. We also use your phone number to send booking updates and, if you contact us, for support.
Reports & results
Test reports uploaded by labs are stored securely and are only accessible from your own account. They are never shared with anyone other than you and the lab that performed the test.
Data sharing
We don't sell your personal data, and we don't share it with advertisers. It's shared only with the diagnostic lab fulfilling your order, and with service providers we use to run the platform (such as our hosting and database provider).
Your choices
You can update your profile details from your dashboard at any time. To request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account, reach out through the contact options in our header.
