What CheckupKaro does
CheckupKaro lets you compare prices and book diagnostic lab tests with independent, partner diagnostic labs. The tests themselves (sample collection, processing, and the report) are performed by the lab you book with, not by CheckupKaro directly. CheckupKaro is solely a booking platform: once a sample has been collected, responsibility for test processing and the accuracy of the final report lies with the diagnostic lab the customer selected.
Independent platform & trademarks
CheckupKaro.com is an independent health-tech aggregator platform that connects patients with verified diagnostic labs and hospitals in their area. We do not own, and are not affiliated with, the registered brand names or trademarks of any diagnostic lab listed on this platform (including, where applicable, names such as Dr Lal PathLabs, Thyrocare, or other partner labs) — every such trademark remains the property of its respective owner. Samples are collected and processed only through each lab's own authorized centers, franchise partners, or certified network, and every report is generated directly by the official diagnostic lab the customer selected, not by CheckupKaro.
Bookings & cancellations
When you confirm a booking, we pass your order to the chosen lab, who will assign a technician for home sample collection at your selected time slot. To cancel or reschedule, contact the lab or reach out to us through the contact options in the header.
Payments
You can pay online via UPI at the time of booking, or in cash at the time of sample collection. Prices shown at checkout are final for that booking.
Reports & medical advice
Reports are generated by the diagnostic lab that performed your test. CheckupKaro doesn't interpret results or provide medical advice. Please consult a qualified doctor to understand what your report means for you.
Account responsibilities
Keep the mobile number linked to your account up to date, since it's used both to sign you in and to coordinate sample collection.
