What CheckupKaro does
CheckupKaro lets you compare prices and book diagnostic lab tests with independent, partner diagnostic labs. The tests themselves (sample collection, processing, and the report) are performed by the lab you book with, not by CheckupKaro directly.
Bookings & cancellations
When you confirm a booking, we pass your order to the chosen lab, who will assign a technician for home sample collection at your selected time slot. To cancel or reschedule, contact the lab or reach out to us through the contact options in the header.
Payments
You can pay online via UPI at the time of booking, or in cash at the time of sample collection. Prices shown at checkout are final for that booking.
Reports & medical advice
Reports are generated by the diagnostic lab that performed your test. CheckupKaro doesn't interpret results or provide medical advice. Please consult a qualified doctor to understand what your report means for you.
Account responsibilities
Keep the mobile number linked to your account up to date, since it's used both to sign you in and to coordinate sample collection.
